Pablo De Rosso

Born in Buenos Aires (1965) he obtained his law degree (1989, with honors) from the Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires (UCA), and completed his education with post-graduate courses at the University of Osaka (formerly University of Foreign Studies of Osaka), Osaka, Japan.

Mr De Rosso specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing, corporations and tax issues. He worked in some of the largest law firms in Buenos Aires, and is a founding member of Martelli Abogados SC (1999), a legal firm specialized in natural resources and mining law.

He provides legal counsel to numerous companies doing business in Argentina, based in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Mr De Rosso is a member of the IBA, RMMLF and various Chambers of Commerce. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Japanese.

Hugo Martelli

Born in Buenos Aires (1954) he obtained his law degree (1980) and a masters degree in natural resources law (1983) from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and completed his education with post-graduate courses at the Southwestern Legal Foundation (Dallas, Texas) and Harvard Law School (Boston, Massachusetts).

Mr Martelli developed his carrier in the field of natural resources and mining law as member of the legal department of the National Park Service (1980), entering into private practice in 1986, and founding Martelli Abogados SC (1999), a legal firm specialized in natural resources and mining law.

He provides legal counsel to several international companies participating in mining ventures in Argentine provinces. He has also counselled major international companies, from North America, Europe and Latin America, in M&A and infrastructure projects, and acted as international arbitrator and legal expert in ICSID and ICC arbitrations process.

Mr Martelli is a member of the IBA, RMMLF and Argentine Chamber of Mining Companies (CAEM). Mr Martelli is fluent in Spanish and English.
